I got my grandmother a ticket for it when I was 8 years old (I am 9 years old now). Anyways... it wasn't cause I flipped off the cop, but because I unbuckled my seat belt to get up so I could flip him off through the rear window while she was driving. My grandmother ended up getting a ticket for "Endangering a child's life".

in high school, we got pulled over while riding in a cab in montgomery county, MD b/c a buddy flipped off a cop (fuck the police was a big song at the time). the cop called my buddy's mom but didn't charge him with anything. bethesda cops are dicks though as they have a ton of cops and not a lot to do
